There is a set of covered docks that has 6 12" poles around it. I've made 6 PVC structures and put 2 of them on 2 different poles. Would you put 1 each on the others or double up on 3 of them :dono

I would double on up on the cover.
It's easier to hide in a forest than behind a single tree in a field if you know what I'm getting at.

Think about your cover in this way....how many Crappie can comfortable hide in it! We all know that crappie like dock posts for ambush points, but when they are stressed, resting, etc., they need cover they and get in and "Hide". Really look at what you are offering them and visualize how many 12" Crappie it will support.
