Helix 7 screen freezing up

After a while my Helix 7 freezes up. I can not even turn it off without unplugging it.

Remove any map cards and try again ...

And try Restore Defaults ...

I was trying to use my map card. I will try that, thanks. I thought my lakemaster card would show me the contour lines of the lake, but if it is there, I am not smart enough to find it.
