Wife update 8/31

Whew! She is no longer considered critical and we have left ICU. Still have a long way to go but she is trudging right along. Still sleeping majority of the day which she probably needs. Man that ICU is tough place. They sure keep a tight watch on things. There couldnt have been more than 10 minutes each hour that they were not in there poking, jabbing, sticking, prodding something. Nice to see her able to have a couple hour stretches of sleep. PT has started working with her to just get joints and muscles loosened up. Still no idea what long term affect it will have on her. I thank you all for your prayers and wishes it means a lot. Please keep praying as we still have a long road, little better paved now hopefully.
