If you have updated your unit and did not re store defaults this sometimes can be the problem with not being able to find thing on the sonar after a update. Here is a YouTube video on saving waypoints to a SD card also.:twocents

*Press Menu twice to get into the Main Menu System ...
*Cursor over to the Nav tab ...
*Cursor down to Waypoints Routes Tracks ...
*Cursor right to open Waypoint Management ...
*Cursor to highlight "Options" ...
*Cursor right to open options Menu ...
*Cursor to "Select All, and" ...
*Cursor right to open select Menu ...
*Cursor to "Export" ...
*Cursor right to select export ...
*Confirm Yes in green popup ...
*Wait for white popup (Nav data export successful) ...

I had just updated the software to the newest available. I watched you tube and would go out and follow directions but could not find exporting navigational data or the delete data sub menus . Finall found a web site that stated if you have version 5.3 or less do this if you have 5.4 or newer do this. It worked just like Rickie stated.
