I got a call from one of Wisker's clients who needed a trip on a date Terry was on the boat. He had been referred to me. The guy who booked is from Henderson but his son lives in Oakland, CA and his grandson is from Los Angeles.
We left Sportsman's Marina and headed to a spot I had found fish Sunday. They had told me they needed enough fish for a big family fish fry that night. Thanks for putting a big monkey on my back was my thought.
We found the fish where I left them and they were hungry for cranks. The new PICOs were by far the best baits.
Twice I had up to 4 crappie flopping in the floor because I didn't have time to get them in the livewell.
We ended up with 25 keepers out of 26 crappie caught. The clients were stoked! They had plenty of fish for the fish fry.
