Ok, still learning the app. Put too much in the topic. Burns closes Sunday so I made an afternoon trip. 2 on the left I caught and the 3 on the right 2 nice gentlemen gave me at the launch.

Randy you are mostly correct. It is owned by Miami Corporation. It opens every year around March 15 and closes in late August. This year it closes on August 20th. You do have to buy a permit to fish it every year.
