Got a new fillet knife

I bought a Ralapa heavy duty electric fillet knife. It works well for me, but it isn't an industrial-grade unit. It should hold up well.

I use a Mr Twister but thanks for showing that video. I just learned a new way to filet catfish.

I can do it better and faster with a regular fillet knife .

I love the new bubba blades. I have been gifted 4. They truly are unbelievable. I personally can fillet faster with these than any electric knife. Just my experience.
