This may seem a little off topic, but I figured that you guys would know. I recently got a carolina skiff to try to do a little fish and skiing with my wife and little girls. My in laws live up around the Grenada Lake area, and we are thinking about going up there and taking the girls skiing. I have never been to Grenada Lake before. Where might be the best place to launch for water sports?
Grenada Landing, south side of the lake. Has a courtesy dock, only one on the lake, launch fee is 5 bucks

None of my business but I always worry about skiers and under water structures.

That is a great point about structure. I guess that I was assuming that it was similar to the Rez, in that the water near the dam was deep and without shallow structure.
Plenty of skiing water on that end of the lake, stay in 20 foot plus water and you will have no problems at all.Quote:

Have you a map card. It goes from 20+ feet deep to 12ft deep quickly over the ledges. And there is some (not alot) of standing pole timber and most is invisible to the eye above water on those ledges.
