I have a helix 9 G2 sonar/gps on my terrova. I am using the us2 transducer in the terrova. I have noticed that if I am in less than 10' of water, the depth reading often doubles. (Showing a false bottom. The digital read out is approximately twice that of the true depth.
When I get in to deeper water the image clears up and the digital read out is correct.
I have updated to the most current software on the Helix 9.
