Fished big pigeon yesterday with good success. With the water falling out the woods, it made for a fast pace day. Was able to find a good runout thanks to some good scouting from huntjwm! Caught them 4-6' deep in 9fow by a runnout. Jigs used were bobbygarland blue pearl and Cajun cricket and my buddy had some shiners. Not sure how many we caught Bc my clicker broke, but we filled a 45qrt cooler with some pretty fish. Threw back a lot of small ones but most of what we kept was in the 10"-11" range, with a few 12"-14". plus some bass and bream. Get em while they hot! (Pics to come)
