Setting up a new boat and right now I'm going with a Helix 9 Mega on the bow and 10 at the wheel.
Ultrex TM setup with 360 imaging
I'm really thinking about moving up in size. My eyes are crap up close without readers.
Tell me your ultimate Humminbird setup please.

Have been using a 797 SI at the console n 788 HD DI at the TM connected w Interlink for way too long......
Bought a Ultrex 80 ,getting the AS 360,and have ordered a pair of Helix 10 SI's (found a good buy).Also getting Ethernet switch and the rest of the hardware to connect......A long shot away from anything "ultimate" but a good upgrade from where I was with a lot of bang for my buck.....
Talkin ultimate the word is Solix instead of Helix....Just an opinion...

For me it would be either all MEGA or Solix but not a mix of the two. That would be solely for redundancy. With either choice, it will be crucial to have a good power supply because of the added power requirements. May want to try and see comparison images of 360 with Solix and Helix model. But as Rickie says the imaging seems to be fairly equal but Solix offers more features and would be considered the premier unit including price...LOL
From the other posts I have seen .... The 12 Helix is the cats meow for 360 viewing.
