Mark Twain Lake - Summer Gathering

I mentioned this in an earlier thread and there seemed to be some interest so trying to get an idea of how many folks might be available.

Making a run to Twain for 3 days of crankin with pops and will be there from the evening of Thursday, August 3 - Sunday, August 6. We generally fish early morning, pull out during the hottest part of the day, and then go back out for an afternoon/evening pull. This also allows you to miss a majority of the "pleasure" boaters on a weekend. If anyone wants to get together at our place during the middle of the day on that Saturday, we can make it happen. Let's tentatively say between 11 - 3?

Feel free to pull your rigs with you and your fish (optimistic) as we have electric hookups and a fish cleaning station.

Depending on the crowd we can talk about throwing something easy on the grill.....

Well aware...... having fished Twain and the Missouri CM circuit for a number of years, I assure you we wont be competing for space where we are fishing. Tourney guys are looking for 7 big bites, whereas we're looking for 700 "fun" bites!

Robbie whats the hotel/motel that is close. Southfork is booked up. I know there is one right off the hwy. With a bait shop next door.
