Launch at 6 AM...quit at 10:30......kept 9 bass and 1 sac.....single pole slip cork & shiners....throw back 3 sacs & 3 bass....weather was perfect till around 10......water looked good.....

Looks like we are in a pattern of mid day thunderstorms. Where there many other folks trying? Watching the Mermentau gauge and hoping for a trip Thursday.Quote:

Bruce, that about the same catch ratio that I'm catching. I sure wish it was the other way around.

Very nice Bruce! Pawpaw Gene, a funny story about sacs and bass, my cat who loves to eat the rib cages when I clean sac au lait will snub his nose at bass filets! Never had a cat that was that picky about fresh fish! lol
