Went night fishing for crappie over the long weekend. We used a underwater light and within 30 minutes had hundreds of shad schooling around. Didn't take long for the crappie to figure out where they were. We limited it out in 2 hours. A lot of fun if you haven't tried it.
Mongo gave me an underwater light last month and will get r in the water this weekend. didn't know Lake STL was full of shad but apparantly it is and can't wait to see the show.
Night fishing is awesome in the summer. Cooler temps, lack of boat traffic, and the fishing is great.
Crazy crappie that looks like a good under water light. Where does a guy get 1 like that?
