All I know is that it is 2.5ft above pool, after getting 2+ inches of rain. So, if you truly are "shorebound", you might not have much shore to fish from.
While I wouldn't "think" that the main lake would be muddy ... never having fished there after a quick rise, I can't say for sure.
I do know that Taylorsville went up over 8ft above pool from the rains, and probably has dirty water & lots of floating debris (& is being pulled down @ 1ft/day). But, Green did not get that much rain, and is in good shape (& recent reports say the fish are biting cranks & jigs).
