If you are talking about the Cajun Thunder corks, you can buy them at Academy. I use them for saltwater fishing.

Here's a smaller one that could probably be used for sac-a-lait. They work great in saltwater. Planning to use them next month.

No they're not easily adjustable. Usually isn't an issue fishing saltwater. I usually have a couple rigged up to hooks at different depths so I only have to tie one know if I want to change depths. They do make a lot of noise and drive the specs crazy though.
