I have to come to Orlando to work next week. Is there any good places I have to eat. With me being from Arkansa I like to get a haft day of fishing in to. Would you look at inland or out this time of year. Any kind of fishing would work.

1/2 day is not enough to get to good offshore grounds. I would look for an inshore charter or even a freshwater trip. As far as eats, nothing around here really jumps out as a oh man you gotta try this place. Bubbalous Bar B Q is decent, 4 R's Bar B Q is decent. Tons of Italian joints and Bar B Q places around as well as Seafood houses. If your eatin on company $ Tezxas De Brazil on I Drive is outstanding but pricey, and if ya do go there dont get all carried away on the salad bar. That place is a carnivore dream.
There will be soon! Im building a new "Grills Lakeside".
If you head to the Port Canaveral, check out the origanal Grills, in the "Cove". Like Huntinslabs says, half day offshores from here, are a bust, when its this hot. High seas as well with the stormy weather. The Gulf Stream is 35 miles out, [Good Ground]. From Ft. Pierce or Stuart, however, it can happen, as the GS swings way in shore.
Thers a couple of guys that 1/2 day out of the Port. Again if your there, check the Cove area.
Lots of good food to be had, and the fishing can be good. The right guide can make a half day one to remember. All my contacts are 15 yrs old so I won't give names and numbers, but I will say to talk to at least 4 or 5 before you decide.
My three recommendations, and I could easily do more, for food in Orlando: The Meatball Stoppe, The Porch, Gringos Locos.
