smoked crappie

I was wondering if anyone here smoked any
I love smoked salmon but dont fish them anymore. Crappie spoiled me. Lol

I've been thinking about that, myself. I worry about it drying out, though. I feel an experiment coming on.

I've smoked some along with bluegills brine them first and they are great if they get a little overdone they are fine almost like a potato chip!
