Looks delicious.....my wife pan fries our crappie in a little coconut oil with nothing but a little "Slap-Ya-Moma" cajun seasoning on top.....delicious also...

I don't know....but she thinks so.....she was using olive oil but switched after reading a lot of stuff....go easy on the cajun seasoning....I love them fried in peanut oil also but I prefer the cajun seasoning and you know that is healthier....
