Yea, I think they arrested the wrong guy but I guess they didn't know who was there first when it all started. That is why you put out MORE than ONE brush pile!
Guy not arrested is a guide there, and showed up with clients. Past history with the same couple on "his brush pile"... They watch him put them out, then fish them later. He doesn't like that!
