Have we had enough rain to get into Harney yet?

I know here at Poinsett it has risen several inches but not enough to run, just seeing if there is enough water to get past the sand bar. Thanks

I fished the river Saturday and noticed that the previous waterline was now about 6 or 8 inches down, but the river isn't flowing north yet. Can't speak of Harney as I haven't been since the water got too low for my boat. I'd be interested to know myself.

Water levels have come back pretty well in this area.
Actually Stick Marsh/Farm 13 is above normal.
