Finding some luck at Bodcau.

Everyone I spoke to locally said Bodcau was just bowfin and mudcats. Went out for a couple hours and the brim put up a fight like a bowfin.

Have you tried the twin bridges area just west of Bellvue on Hwy 157? I've heard of folks catching crappie and bass there as well as bream.

I went there for catfish one time but while I was out there a guy said the crappie were hitting under the bridge. I mainly fish on the inlet side of the dam. Drop the boat and fish right around there. I need to find some good brim beds because those didn't stand a chance at my house lol.
