Tried Catfish again on the Bone.

Tried to get out of those 15 to 20 MPH winds out of the north --- staying out of the wind was not catching fish. Finding trees to tie to in 16 to 18 feet were slim pickings in the stump fields,,, But those trees have structure from the tree top laying on the bottom for the Cats. Our objective was to find some good spots -- Bait the spot with range Cubes and do some fishing to see what the structure was like .... we will be back in the morning then the cats will be lined up to get into Galactia { our Boat } While Exploring we put 35 Cats in the Cooler.... Today we got in some bigger fish ,, Bro had one for a while that was a small Submarine but it kept going with the hook and some line ,,, and I had two GOOD fish that the fish kept my hook and I had the curley Q on the end of the line.... When we come in tomorrow I will get the Camera out for 20 Watt !!!!

Sounds awesome do you happen to know the water temp there?

Sounds like a great day. Off Hwy 15 stump fields? Been in there some haven't done much of anything.

I never even looked at the water temp --- The stump field we fished was out from Terrel Island towards the Channel ---- We must have Harvested all the bigger fish the first time around because the tiny channel cats had moved in and only caught 10 yesterday big enough to keep... We had to leave early due to Bro''s Sunburn on the back of his hands. He buys that Cheap Screen with Low spf number and Keeps getting Burned ==== Cant figure out he needs to NOT .... be Cheap and Complain to store managers that do not stock Effective Sun Blocks. I Think I will just go to Off Topic and make a post on the Subject
