Thnx guys
Had to do some searching today skeetbum....
Beautiful fish, you sure do have some Giants! :ThumbsUp
Very, very nice! I would love to know the age of those beasts! My offer still stands Sonny. If you catch one of those pigs and you don't think it will make it, I will walk you through removing the otoliths so that I can age it.
If that was at the end of the trip, I'd say the searching was worth every minute. I gotta get out with the fly rod this weekend. Been knocking good Crappie in the head for weeks. A friend and I got a total of 57 last Saturday and a lot of those came on 1/64 and 1 1/4" bodies. 2lb rigs are a ton of fun, but the fly rod has called me for a while. Always enjoy your posts and pics.
I know I've said it 20 times, but man those are some pretty fish!
LP? Forgive me but what lake is LP?
Thnx guys
D10 - will have to work on it this year ...
Would really enjoy catching these BGs on a fly rod!! Trouble is - I end up slapping the water all day.
Qt - LP is Lake Perris, about an hour and a half east of Los Angeles.
