Nice,do you eat cats that large? If so,what's the best method for cooking?
I use no belly, take off all dark meat on fillets and slice them horizontally. We like our crunchy so 1/2" thick and 1-1/2" wide. If you keep the slices consistent they will all fry up the same.Quote:
