I have Driftmaster's transport rod rack, the Tip Saver I think it's called. Calls to them have been unanswered, messages left and no response, emails sent, no response. Since they don't give a hoot about their customers, I need a Transport rack for at least 8, 14' rods from a company who has customer service. Any suggestions?
Not to say you aren't having trouble, but I contacted them not long ago by email, and was immediately taken care of.
