Tennessee report

Okay, here is a few pics of the house progress. For fun I threw in a couple others. A walmart customer for Randy. (yes the Amish wagon pic, no pics of the guy) They have to travel at least 20 miles to get there. We have 2 Amish communities nearby. Have been out to get some jelly,bread and pickled okra. Also a pic of my first ever small mouth bass. Have caught a few fish including a few crappie. Have not been often. Totally different fishing a place where it is 25 feet deep, 15 feet from the bank. Also a pic of our dog, Sadie, having a stare off with a baby cow. She wanted to go play really bad. We have had a lot of rain since we been here. That has really slowed the house building. Hopefully soon, I will have some pics with the roof and doors on it. D and Mae

Glad to see things moving along and that you're taking a little time for yourself. We'll be glad along with you when they raise the roof and close the door Tell Mae hi from Linda and I and hope we get to see you one day. I think you should get yourself a rig like that, just think all the gas money you will save.

Think you would enjoy ambling around the Amish homes and bartering for some preserves or craft furniture. We have fun doing it. Also a real good rib place not far from the Amish community. (not quite like Charlie's in Hemphill)

Good to see an update. That red shirt kind of tells a story. Lookin' forward to more updates on the homestead.
