Fished my favorite river today.
Conditions? you guess it perfect!
Water was the prettiest I can remember. Up a tad and rising all day. Wind was brisk. Cloudy, sun never did poke out.
Started fishing my usual spots with a red n green n charts tube tight line. Catching a few here n there.
I New the fish are there and the 3tail was the ticket. Swimming in and around lay downs.
Caught a nice racing crappie too. Had a eagle watch me catching.

Good haul.
Talked to 2 other fellas I know who were out there today tossing shiners under corks, while working men work. [emoji16]

Nice haul JR. If you ice them down and ship them to me, I can clean them. I saw an eagle in the road eating road kill this week. Thought it was a buzzard till it lifted off. It was right above the windshield. Awesome bird with bad habits. lol
The line comes with the pro staff zebcos I use.
Can't help those shiner folks.
As far as working. I got my forty in Thursday afternoon. Boss says no overtime and to go fishing ;0)
