how tall are they? I made mine out of three pieces of 1x4 made a shape like the brackets made the cross bars out of 1/16 dowell rods about 1 foot long and 12 inches tall on the 1x4 and have 4 rods divided equally will hold 100 heads at a time wish I could post picture/s. good thought you have tho.

About 4" high......the top rung would be about 3".

Thanks for posting, they are cheap enough you could use three one for head paint #2 for outline of eye and#3 for pupil when dry finished off put in bags or whatever, move center one to pupil - painted to outline- empty to paint sounds good.:fish
