Clear creek ramp?

Is it a go yet. Noticed an almost 3 foot rise since last week.

I was down there Monday and I wouldn't try it. But I don't know the area that well either. Not a truck in the parking lot and no tracks in the sand at the bottom of the ramp. Just my :twocents
