that lake loves to serve humble pie!! i was there today too and only caught one
Don't give up they will come around. Use your electronics sonar and learn to trust it to find where they are hiding. Remember everyone has their good and bad days fishing. It makes it more rewarding when you do have a good day. Also a good tip during spring spawn time is to start out looking for them first in shallow water and then go deeper from there if you don't find them. Good luck and hope to see more of your reports and pictures.
I was also there, you had to fight tooth and nail to catch em. Needless to say we only boated 1. From the people I spoke to, no one caught many today

I did the same except I hooked a monster bonus stripe which fought me for some 30 minutes only to win out at last pass under the boat throwing the hook back at me,,,,a never hooked such a huge fish before on a crappie pole... Fish win this time,,, but pole is still in tact thankful to say,,l
