poaching

Like to have opinions on people catching there limit and taking them home and coming back the same day and catching more. i have heard stories people doing this. As to my knowledge this is breaking the law.

A daily limit is a daily limit!

I have however, been to a place that would allow one limit before midnight and another after midnight, butt most places seem to have rules about possession limits

I along with many others have spent many years trying to help CJ, our home lake ...we not only tried to help the fishery but we pick up trash, etc.
If I catch you poaching, taking illegal fish, littering, or breaking any other laws...I will take your pic, your license, and turn you in!
We all have the phone numbers of the Park Management, Game Warden, Watercraft, and COE....there are too many idiots out there at CJ and I'm tired of them.

Same here but at Paint creek and rocky.... I personally know people that has over bagged and came back... many times and game warren called but to no avail.... what is wrong with those people!!!! as if the don't want to do there job..... so why call and waste your time if nothing going to be done about it ..... I've seen it come down to fighting over the over harvest and size....Step up DNR......:banghead

I fish Paint Creek and Rocky Fork both, but mostly Paint Creek in winter months, I see quite a few fishing there in winter , never gave it a thought about some coming back for more in same day. I walk a ways where I fish so I'm there for the day.

sad thing most of them are locals!!!!!! but game wardens doing nothing bugs the #^&* out of me!!!
