Shabbona

Taking the boat up to Shabbona this weekend. All the rain may shut it down but I am going to give it a try. Anybody been fishing up there lately?

Not sure how stained the water will be with all the rain. I have only fished there one time and it was in the Fall.

How did you do?

This is one of my main lakes I fish from shore . I usually don't go there this early however you can always catch something I wait til the spawns when fishing is better.

Well, I went on Saturday. Not much action as the rain had them a little closed mouth. Hoping to get back in a few weeks with some better weather.

Soon it will change
