Attachment 263912Ohio river brush creek was fishable and fish where caught in three foot of water or less around wood..one fish under 7 inches the rest over 10 the 13 in .... minnows and gator fuzz jigs.... 2ft. deep......couldn't belive they was in that shallow of water...water temp 63 degress.

I am so happy to see this post. I live in Portsmouth OH and have never fished the OH river for crappie. I always drive to Rocky Fork, and while I love Rocky Fork, the drive is sometimes a pain. Something on the river would be alot closer. Where all do you fish on the river fro crappie? I see Brush Creek in this post. Is that a good place for me to start? Thanks
