$500 Fish on High Rock
OK everyone, my son Hunter Burton caught a $500 tagged crappie on High Rock today. Pics to come tomorrow. His pics are posted at the store and Salisbury Post is doing a article on him tomorrow. They will take his pics for the paper and for the BIG Board tomorrow with a oversized check. That was his 32nd fish of the day. He ended up catching 89 and keeping 23. Biggest fish was 1lb 7oz. Most fish was caught in 6 to 12 fow due to High Rock being so low right now. All our bank spots is dry. We have another CrappieCatinRob Jr. Proud of that young man and his passion for fishing and hunting and his eagerness to be a NC Wildlife Resource Officer. Don't know if Hill's Minnow Farm has posted Pics yet but keep a look out and I'll post pics tomorrow or as soon as I get them.

Good job! I buy a ticket every year. Only caught 1 during the round up, caught a few out of the round-up
