I've ordered straight from Offshore tackle, don't remember seeing one retailer much cheaper than others (if any). I've tried the mini's and the larger ones, didn't care for them all that much.
If you have a Mills Farm Fleet, give them a try. Also look into some of the other brands
that are available, Church Tackle, YellowBird Tackle. If you're running the tiny cranks,
look into the smaller versions of the regular size boards to help cut your expenses.
I've used the smaller versions with Bandit 200's and they work very well up here and
in some of the Wisconsin waters we fish. Tight Lines - Dave
I order some off Frank's Great Outdoors. Two times within the past week. They don't waste any time mailing them. Fast Services. If you want to used the flags better order them already working like they should. If just ordering the boards will have to re order the flag kits.

I held off ordering boards after i saw the prices. Made my own that work great. Google home made planner boards. Its a pretty simple task. Made mine from scrap material i already had around my shop.
If you're not dead set on the offshore brand, Opti planers are cheaper, but don't have the or16 clips. Can't speak to how they work, as I use church boards with the or16 clips.
I found the solution to my issue I do believe, check these out...
