Was just too strong. Bank approved me yesterday to build a spec house on the lake. Gonna flip a few till my son gets outa college then settle into one. I would love to live there but my wife absolutely hates the lake. I love to build so it will be an adventure.

Yep!!!!!I am in her corner,,,,don't even go over there from mid may till sept,,,,awful! Lot looks nice and flat!!!!
