Mighty Mississippi
Made a trip to one of the Mighty COE lakes across the bridge yesterday with Ole Hammerhead. Started off "FOGGY" !!!! About 9:00 it started lifting and we headed to the area we were going to fish. Started off slow, but the afternoon bite got HOT. Caught some dandys with 5 over 2.5# with the biggest at 2.88. Ended up bringing home 25 pigs after a long day.
A lot of minners were harmed in the process and the 16' Poles were bowed up!! Was a beautiful day and enjoyed my time on the water with Hammerhead.

I've never seen a bad "I crossed the big muddy and rigged minners" report. Repeatable process with plausible expectations which is exactly opposite of my weekend planning:dono
