Pretty common jig head. I picked up a bunch at Cabelas last season. Check out Grizzly Jig Company. I know they will be able to help you out.

Sickle would be good a #2 preferably.

You buy those off EBay all day long. Just do a search for "50 tube head jig".

The tapered ones are for putting on a tube without having to retie but others are not Bad. good chance to chech for knots an:twocentsd frayed line
