I only live about 25 miles from russel, but none of the locals, are talking. With hartwell and clark hill down 10ft, seems like most including myself are going to oconee. Hard to accept corps of engineers management of drawing down hartwell and clark hill to keep russel full. This hits close to home since i have a house on clark hill��
Got a report from a friend today, that crappie were biting under bridges this weekend at russel. This goes counter to what i posted just one day ago, my friend actually limited out at pearl mill, with minnows, after dark under the bridge.
