The shallow water bite worked out well again for us today. We were just trying to get out of the wind and lucked up on a couple of slabs over 13-inches. They were released. I've been catching quite a few crappie in 3-5 feet lately. We caught our fish on Crappie Sliders that I won in one of the Crappie.com contests last year.
