Clark Hill Sunday afternoon 2-19

Took the youngest daughter this afternoon for a short fishing session. Was kind of a bass/crappie combo trip. I've been bass fishing a few times but this is my first trip checking brush piles. The lake is so low my brush is closer to the surface than I want it to be. But at least they aren't showing themselves.
I saw a lot of fish. But the bite was slow. Still, we had a good time in great weather. AND... she wants to go back tomorrow since they are out of school. So I happily asked for a half day vacation.
Water temp was 58/60. Fish were caught 7-10 ft down in 16-20 ft of water. Right on top of the brush.Attachment 259019

The smile on the beautiful young lady's face tells the whole story. Memories made that will last forever. I plan on hitting the hill Tuesday probably gonna start in soap creek. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like your daughter had a ball and I know you enjoyed having her with you. Congrats and thanks for sharing. I hope you guys get in 'em again tomorrow too.:)
