Tips for muddy water
Anyone have tips for fishing in muddy or really stained water? I have heard dark colors. But havnt had much luck thus far. My best luck is on sunny days with little to no wind. If it's cloudy, rainy, or cold I very rarely catch anything. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Black/pink, orange/chart, white/chart are all good colors for me in stained, muddy water. I like a bigger bait like a 3" crappie kicker or 2.5" Arkie tube. Road runner heads put a little flash and vibration in the water. Pay close attention to your electronics and try to put it right on their nose

I'd opt for a 1/16 oz. Roadrunner marabou jig in chartreuse. Slow roll it along the bottom and you will get bit.

Roadrunner or spinner if it's real muddy gives me my best success.
