Wateree water clarity

Did all the rain we just had in last few days muddy up Wateree? I am in NC and we had a bunch of rain a couple nights ago. thanks

i was in Wateree creek last monday and was still muddy from the last rain. Water got a little better the further south i went.

Copy that. Plan is to fish around wateree creek tomorrow. I have pretty much decided to go there vs Santee. Just not feelin that extra 30 mins on the drive.

Based on what I saw Wednesday you will have to go down lake to find clearer water, I put in at the state park and it wasn't muddy but had a good stain to it. I fished within eyesight of the dam and had decent clarity.
