Linesville boat launch
Attachment 258003Attachment 258004Attachment 258005 I was up at camp yesterday and took a ride over to the Linesville marina. The signs and fences are all down, you can drive through it. I suppose you could launch a boat, if there wasn't ice on the lake. The first picture is the new breaker - fishing pier, it is in about the same place as the old fishing dock, but wraps around the front of some of the boat docks. The second is the right side side of launch. They took out a little more than half of the slope to launch your boat. They also removed the timbered wall where you could tie down your boat along the shore and replaced it with stone. The last one is the left side of the dock, it looks like they removed some of the pontoon slips and made it an courtesy dock area

Would love to see it without snow if you ever get the chance. Won't be this week, calling for 3 to 6" of snow tonight!!!

Here are some new pictures from today. The only thing it looks like they have to do is finish about 10 feet of side walk on the right side of the dock

Hey Rollingrock,
Were you in the blue SUV? My wife and I were in the silver Toyota. The 150 hp Honda on the patrol boat would get you to Jamestown quick. I think the state did a nice job. Will they be paving the parking lot? Thanks for the pics.

I know that after the campgound closed last year, that they were doing a lot of renovations to it also. Including hook-ups for campers with sewer systems. This is the launch we will be using for the crappie camp May 19, 20, 21, 2017.
