I just got a Rtic 20 couple weeks ago and the lid hinge was a little off and looked like it wouldn't seal good. I poured a little water in it closed it and tiped it upside down and some water was dripping out. Went online to do a exchange, sent them a pic and they sent me return label and had a new one back in less than 2 weeks. Very happy and seems like a great cooler.
