Does anyone know how to copy waypoints from Lowrance and transfer to Garmin?

I used GPS babel to convert to .gpx format. Then loaded to Garmin. It is a little tricky if you aren't computer savvy. Let me know if you need help. Shoot me a pm if you can't figure it out.
