Fine mess of fish. Congrats on your catch
I'm new to crappie.com, me an my brother getting to go more so hopefully I will have more to post. Still getting used to trolling, jig weigh to boat speed to how much line out is fun to calculate and kind of nerve wreaking
Welcome to the board. That is enough for a good meal. Just keep doing what your are doing as it appears you are catching fish. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want to. Thanks for sharing pictures and post.
Good mess of fish. Thanks for the report and picture. I saw some where a spread sheet listing the variable jig speed for trolling, it may be in the longlining section on the top section. It wouldn't hurt to look or ask for some help in that area. Maybe Google it and see! I just pull slow working upward on the speed depending how deep they are. But I am not a pro at nothing and that's my story and everyone that knows me will tell you that.! LOL Be looking for more reports soon! :popcorn
Nice!! Good mess of crappie. Welcome to the board.
Welcome aboard and thanks for the report and pics.
Take some time reading through the Longline Sticky post. A ton of good information on that thread.
Look forward to seeing more of your reports.

Welcome to the board scgrubbs. You done good! Keep doing what your doing. Thanks for the report and pic.
So many variables and how far rod tips are above water also. It is good to test yourself. Here is what I get with my setup. My hivis braid has black marker at 60 feet.

So i f I understand correctly, you run all your lines 60 feet out and control the depth with speed and jig weight. Seems like a good system. Do you happen to know how much difference your braid vs 6# mono would make? I dont mean exactly, but if the mono would run deeper or more shallow? I would guess the braid runs deeper but don't know.
