Myself and several other Georgia boys will be coming down 1/22 for a few days and looking for a plan b and C ifin the wind blows hard, don't like to fight 2' waves. How far is it to Deland from Leonards landing? will trailor to get out of wind. Thanks for any suggestions.
It's about 45 minutes, down 17, to DeLand. Another 20 minutes to Debary and you could fish the river or Monroe.

Take 308 west to 309, you can put in on the St Johns river- there's a pay ramp at Renegades.
From there you can fish the river & Lake George
