Man your killing me. Wish I could but the wife is having a long day today so I will have to pick up the crack head.
Good luck and let us know how you do.
I will be there around 2pm
Where are you planning on fishing at?
Where the LM runs into the river, just upstream from the boat launch under the 430 bridge. I will put in at River Valley Bait only because I like the owner, C.J., and I can get my minnows. It is only about a 5 min boat ride downstream from there to where the LM runs into the river.
How much does he charge now to launch and does he have a nightlight in the parking area?Quote:

Hey Joe, sorry that I can't join you this afternoon. Wish that I could, but mandatory class. Be sure to fish some of the older looking docks at River Valley. Also be sure to check out some of the shallow brushpiles on the southern side of the creek just downstream from the marina. Some stick out into 7' or 8' of water, and I've found the crappie suspend in those piles. Be sure to fish from the surface down to the bottom.
At Conway yesterday, the water temp had risen to 53 degrees. That's a 13 degree rise since this past Saturday. The temps on the river should also be rising, so the fish should be more active.
